MPS is knowledgeable about the opportunities, requirements and constraint for development of marina facilities.  In answering our Client’s needs in a staged approach; our scope of services includes:

• Stage 1 - Site Familiarization and Appraisal; conduct a review on marine facility and metocean conditions identifying the site constraints and opportunities for development of a marina;
• Stage 2 - Marina Profile with Marine Navigation Safety Review; establish the initial marina profile statement including the basic marine infrastructure and auxiliary services and operational review in terms of navigation safety; and
• Stage 3 - Concept Appraisal and Arrangement; established the concept plan including berthing arrangement, land/sea interface and navigation passageway; review on implementation strategy and programme for new development and provide estimations of project investment cost and construction phasing.
